Implementation
Custom-quoted. Setup work — books cleanup, workflow design, automation builds, systems integration — is scoped per engagement before any work begins.
Infrastructure
Billed at cost plus 10%. Hardware, API/LLM usage, SaaS tools, and any hosting tied to your setup. No markup beyond that.
Managed Support
$500/month for small organizations (1–3 owners and employees). Covers maintaining the books, improving existing workflows, implementing new automations as faster-moving technology warrants, and general troubleshooting. Includes a monthly call to review your numbers and discuss how to use them to run your business. Larger organizations, please request a quote.
Additional Workflows
$250–$500/month per automated workflow added beyond the base engagement, capped at $1,000/month total regardless of how many workflows are added in a given month. A workflow is a live automated process: inbox triage, reconciliation prep, client onboarding, reporting runs, or anything else worth automating in your business.
Bookkeeping Bundle
Bookkeeping clients get the base managed support layer included or credited, depending on volume. The higher your bookkeeping engagement, the more automation support is effectively bundled in. Terms set per client.
Final scoping happens on the discovery call. The call is free.
